Jessica became a professional Realtor in 2016 when she decided to start handling her family’s real estate transactions. What began as a side hustle to help her husband buy and sell real estate, soon blossomed into a full-time profession spanning residential, commercial, and property management real estate services.
As a co-owner of Northwest Square, the adaptive reuse of DeLand’s historic Trinity United Methodist Church as a food hall, event space, and apartment building, Jessica understands firsthand the complexities that come with buying and renovating residential and commercial properties.
Jessica is ambitious, resourceful, and well connected in her community. Many of her clients start out as customers and end up as friends. Jessica is also a registered dietitian and spent many years in public health at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Jessica is married to a local real estate investor and has 4 rambunctious kids. She graduated from the University of Florida (Go Gators!) and loves to spend time outdoors.
